cleanliness in the pool/spa area was @ an all time low

the blackout curtains, bed was awesomely comfortable and the pool cool

coffee bar did not have any dairy (half and half, milk),

there was no info in the room or provided by staff on amenities like wifi/room service

our kids were in complete shock

big deal here but the bar could have been open later

we ended up ordering room service and the food was ok, but the menu was really limited

breakfast offerings

hotel is well located, clean and pet friendly

breakfast bartender/server in the in house dining was the worst i've seen in many years

the pool and the seating area outside the pool

i was sad i didn t get to check out the pool but i will next time

the pool was cold, but not too cold for kids to enjoy.

the room service was prompt, and delicious

the newcomer who told us that the hotel did not have laundry facilities - only washing machines that the guests

pet friendly

arrived during an ice storm, could have salted the entry way to parking lot more for safety.
