the wifi is terribly slow

small holes in the bed sheets, no central heat in the hallway s, and a tile (gym-like) shower.

here we extended for one more night to explore boston more and leverage on the free overnight parking and comfy

no room service

the breakfast is very underwhelming but it is doable.

me any information without being prompted (how late the kitchen was open, info about breakfast, wifi, etc) and

i enjoyed using the gym and had what i needed

parking, our sink drained so slow, no coffee in the lobby, no keurig

also, don't do room service - better to go downstairs to the cafe/shop and order in person

needs more parking

the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, providing both comfort and elegance

the spa and restaurants far exceed our expectations. would happily return!

on the day of my arrival, my flight was delayed & i had a spa appointment that i would've missed & i spoke with

the spa right downstairs was marvelous

the guerlin spa was amazing also and my girlfriend really enjoyed and said it was the best massage she ever

the spa and pool were stunning

breakfast was disappointing

worst thing ;-) was when i asked for a soft boiled egg and got a hard boiled egg

there are no dressing rooms in the pool area, so we had to wait around our room for hotel staff before making

small gym, could had a bit more equipment.

everything but room service style and menu.

decent size gym facilities and big lobby bar

3 ft deep that i couldn t do laps in it, especially when there kids in it t as well

this hotel due to advertised pool (stayed with young kids) and high ratings

the spa facility and staff were terrific.

also we used the spa services which were convenient

the spa was incredible!

large bathroom, comfortable bed, the spa and the welcome pumpkin bread and chocolates.

spa was terrific. room service very good. staff throughout the hotel were outstanding.
