parking lot outside the rear door to the lobby had holes
beds and having an indoor pool for the kids was great
the price and easy access to the parking and downtown
breakfast was not the standard hotel buffet
very quiet and super comfortable bed! the kids loved the pool.

the free breakfast was outstanding
no ice, poor wifi
know about it, when i complained they offered to move us nearer to the elevator where the wifi works just fine
since it was only us in the hotel on the first night i believed from the cars in the parking lot, the hot items
yellow tape around the parking lot made it look like a crime scene

the pool was clean. location was easy to get around from. parking was easy.
no room service since we stayed for two nights
everything was great and the pool was open and clean during this short getaway due to the heat wave we are
quick shuttle to downtown. clean pool and nice staff.
staff was pleasant and very accommodating! rooms were clean and good breakfast!

this property- it had a full kitchen which was really great for a family and is right downtown

also spa services were superb
did not like paying a room cleaning charge per person, per day even though we did not use the room service
it was good that they had an indoor pool and fitness room
they also charged a service fee on the free breakfast buffet
gorgeous views, excellent breakfast. we loved the pool and the beach too. very friendly staff!

my favorite is the spa king suite, the tub is fantastic
staff, room cleanliness and size, pool, spa tub, location, price!
the spa bath that was amazing and we loved the pool and hot tub
room was huge, the bed was comfortable, the spa tub was relaxing, the staff were more than accommodating
