the spa facilities were not ready yet the room was noisy at night. traffic.

the grounds were very spacious for a palace just minutes walking to great restaurants and museums

private parking place, swiming pool (that i caould not use) and sauna/spa are a plus

i think the addition of a drinking water machine in the spa are would be nice.

staff was amazing, the breakfast was quite complete, and the swimming pool and spa area sure provides some nice

the property with all the facilities (lake, pool, garden) is a-ma-zing

while room service is available, it mostly consists of tapas and sandwiches, and having more wholesome

the casino is a fun thing to do and makes the atmosphere of the hotel interesting
