the spa was wonderful, and shawna was the absolute sweetest

if you want a totally relaxing getaway, trillium resort and spa is the place to be

interest in spa package but no one seemed to be able to accommodate because i booked through hotel

we couldn't get connected to the spa or activities dept directly so had to wait for them to call us back

in room 235 , newly renovated, no wifi, poor lighting, hallway was filthy with plaster, wiriing and drywall

spa hot tub was not hot next day in the morning which was disappointing

our kids loved taking the kayak's out and really enjoyed the swimming pools

given the covid lockdowns, we didn't get room service which is understandable

charlean who was running kids activities was amazing and kids were excited and happy to participate

spa area was untidy at times, the jacuzzi had a very weak pressure so just sitting in very hot

to much chlorine in pool

other people s kids.

bar & restaurant didn't open for long

not pet friendly while it says so

the spa is a must - rmt nick gives a great massage and we enjoyed all the spa amenities: sauna, steam

we enjoyed the spa and used the fitness centre

loved going to the spa for a facial

we checked in at 3:00 and went straight to the spa to check availability

available to all guests therefore didn t use until after our massages on our second day when spa staff encouraged

the grounds were beautiful the spa bathroom in our room was wonderful.

were very modern and spacious

there is no spa and i hope things will change soon

parking lot needed to be ploughed more frequently, concrete brick walls can be plastered with wood

the light switch for both bathroom and kitchen area is inconvenient at night

wifi and tv channels not working

was terrible being woken up by fireworks going off in the hotel parking lot, some of the leftover fire work

not set, wifi no password, tv remote no battery

spa is not really a spa just a couple rooms with lots of noise

it would have been nice to have the spa for massages on site. meals were on the pricey side.
