spa didn t work

the spa and breakfast

the pool was a decent size to share with other guests

i liked the location, lots of parking, lobby and check in area looked nice.

confusing room layout. spa not functional

i loved the location near the casino and

good breakfast, clean room

i like that our room looked into the pool area so i could keep an eye on the kids and open the window and

kids running up and down the hallways!!!

spa was out of order

the pool/spa really needed to be resurfaced but were clean and useable.

the manager was the best!! pool & spa great.

pool and spa was a decent size where you didn t feel crowded

the spa was closed for maintenance & we were really looking forward to using it.

booked this hotel primarily because of the pool and hot tub/spa as well as location

i paid top price for a property with amenities only to find that pool/spa were out of order

was perfect, in room spa amazing, 2 room suite excellent

cleaning staff holding up the elevator as she tried to untangle her cleaning supply cart and laundry hamper

not to mention the pool/sauna/hot tub and even comfy laundry room
