the balcony was amazing to get to walk straight out of our room through the balcony to the pool

of staff and shuttle that could drive us in 5 miles snacks by front desk, although i didn't want room service

parking is across the street. not very handicap friendly in that respect.

room service was fast and delicious, and the front desk staff were wonderful, friendly, informative

did not offer any dog friendly amenities even though we paid extra money for pet service

room service stoped at 9 pm so was forced to order pizza
