no spa for massages

the pool was available

we stayed, they were not offering room service (november 2021), i believe this was due to staff shortage/pandemic

was great that they were able to get us adjoining rooms because we had kids with us

i was pleasantly surprised the hotel had a laundry room for guests but it was very dirty

the property was immaculate so beautiful the decor the room the spa everything was just

omg i had the room with the spa tub...too nice!

my husband and i were traveling without kids and wish pool/spa would've been open later at least till

evening drinks and cocktails with something from the kitchen was nice

built (2-3 years old), clean, good food, modern design, ev charging, nice pool, jacuzzis and gym with steam room

the spa was fabulous as well as the staff . and the lunch and breakfast was delicious

the spa was awesome! the property is beautiful.

classic hotel and spa - close to so many great towns and vineyards - staff was outstanding

was during the covid 19 pandemic so the restaurant, santee, and the spa were closed

separate spa pools with no kids, dog friendly with bowls and dog blanket provided.

the spa staff needs improvement

was spacious and very comfortable

to get the balloons into our room and even leave us a kind note from staff along with a bottle of sparking wine

the spa is always a welcome indulgence

unable to schedule spa treatment.

spa area, staff, location, quiet, beds

loved looking at the pool area from the second floor, but things could get a bit loud when there were many people

the hotel also had a very nice pool and hot tub

loved the pool & hot tub & access to walk everywhere

spa tub shower hard for older people to climb in and out if

the property was fabulous, i do wish the spa would have been open.

the hotel does not offer spa services although is included in the listing.

the swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus

the spa treatments were amazing

had the most beautiful stay at the kenwood inn & spa

did not get a chance to check out the spa but planning to return soon to do so

the spa massage was the best i d ever have

they also offer spa services, and the pool area was a delight complete with complimentary sunscreen and water

the spa was closed for a day but it was quickly fixed.

was very crowded with kids (i love this) so if you're looking for a quiet spot to sun this isn't it; hotel

the pool and spa was a just we needed. they also had bar and food.
