hot water -no wifi in my room -door key card does not always work which is frustrating -when the staff was

the breakfast was good with a fairly decent amount of choice

the wifi didn't work, we couldn't access it

views of the valley, beautiful infrastructure, bonus indoor swimming pool and a good restaurant

there needs to be more handrails for older clients especially in the swimming pool and bar areas

pool area was excellent, very clean, plenty of sun beds, easy chairs and bistro tables

and pleasant, from the front desk staff, to the dining room staff to the cleaning staff, to the spa staff

was a spacious hotel with a lovely pool
