kids enjoyed the pool

the grille and bar is great (a little pricey for mixed drinks, but the atmosphere is enjoyable)

elevators, parking lot and my room was very clean

based on the fitness center mainly because i'm usually with my kids and can't go to the local gyms

generally good bit one receptionist very rude pool not great, needs upgrading spa out of order, all looked

at the bar was poor at best

staff never notified my wife that the pet fee of $75 was to be incurred

there was no bar or breakfast

the pool , and close to the shops and restaurants

noise at the pool after 10 a little loud but really no complaints

the hotels fault at all, but there is a medical clinic across from it and their patients take up parking spaces

customer service from front desk and kitchen staff upon check in and during breakfast

pool was a little small. breakfast selection was limited.

room was huge! great breakfast!

it was really convenient to many stores and restaurants. loved the king suite with spa bath.

spa tub was amazing and very spacious

pool wasn't heated, i booked it for my kids because it was a inside pool, but the water was too cold

location of room 123 is right by the laundry or management area so all we heard all night was the door opening
