the location was wonderful and the spa staff gave a fabulous massage

the tiki bar & pool area just wonderful

tub was great for kids but not a thrilling size for an adult, especially considering the bathroom was huge,

grounds were beautifully manicured and i really liked the pool and spa areas, there were several and all different

lots of activities at the pool for the kids. friendly staff

very good food away from marriott; mulligans, the pink hotel aka palm beach shoes resort and tiki bar has good

wonderful location and pools!! food at the pool bar was great! we had a great time!

it was amazing!! had lots to offer! staff was friendly. great pool, kids loved the slide.

i felt like the pools were in need of an update, the outdoor lounge chairs needed an upgrade, and in the cooler

larger pool needed new plaster job and water was cold for us we didn t get in at all

the spa services were wonderful but the facility was very modern and didn t match the aesthetics of

being able to use the steam room without a spa treatment- given how much the rooms are, it should be included

shuttle bus to the airport runs on a schedule but you can t reserve a time or spot the day before

the front desk representative was amazing at helping us move to a bigger room because of the kids

the customer service is great all over check in, bar & restaurant, buffet cookers.

the spa ladies were great and we got a beautiful conditioning treatment from a lady that was very

friendly and professional staff throughout; from congierge to cleaning to tennis and yoga pro to spa staff ,

we did eventually question our ocean view & they found a room overlooking the pool, that also had a sea view,

the spa was not open at the time of our booking

the spa was still closed so could not use their services

thing i found weird was down at the spa i tried to purchase a pair of sunglasses and they did not except cash,

no spa and limited gym

i did not use the spa onsite so i cannot rate this amenity

does not have wifi but overall the staff is very nice the hotel is clean they clean it everyday and they make

breakfast is not free as it states, but that isn't a big deal

convenience, i'm a little upset that the wifi still not working i am sure you are working on it

pool area wasn t very inviting but it wasn t a deal breaker

am from up north and was looking forward to spe dung the day bybthe pool

oh yeah the pool was under maintenance but it didn't matter cause the beaches were close by anyways

the pool area was not clean the furniture is outdated and hurt when you sit

spa is a must
