main reason i stayed at this hotel was for the spa bathtub
staff was extra friendly. pool and spa were beautiful.
'spa tub' was not as pictured online, just a normal sized tub with few jets in it, nothing special
booked for a 1 king room with front room area and a 2 person spa tub
my wife loves the jacuzzi tub in the room and the spa jacuzzi tub in the pool area

both the indoor spa & sauna were open to guests
the room was big and the spa bath was nice!
spa tub was fantastic and we could both sit in it and relax

located, comfy big rooms, good gym, bar /restaurant could be better but there is are excellent options as well
and definitely do not travel with your kids
swimming pool was not packed.

no spa / no hot tub.
the building's spa was better advertised than the hotel
see all of it, and am looking forward to our next stay to finish the glass 'tour', and to use the spa treatments
room was very nice and updated to our standards and the lobby ,bar restaurant and day spa are
comfy beds, great customer service... would be nice if the spa was open on sunday...

we needed laundry done and the facility was fine
breakfast could have used a little more variety.
wished they had cereals and instant oats at their continental breakfast.
ice machine is upstairs and also fitness and laundry
a lack of working tv and wifi during our stay.

the pool & spa were also open, though i didn t make time to use them

under construction and i was not notified. spa tub was dirty
the spa in the room and the front desk they were nice and friendly
the 24hr pool/spa was nt available/open until the morning we left

they have on site laundry which i did not use
to ants all over the bathroom, the latch on the door was missing the other half, no water in the gym, and the
clearer instructions on where to await shuttle at airport
the shuttle to and from the airport was so helpful and we were able to get a ride to the metro station
the coffee and breakfast was delicious
