pool facilities and hot tub spa were not operable

the pool and sauna was a good experience

throughout the night there were employees going in and out of the laundry room and pantry with cleaning supplies

no parking in front. noise from expressway

parking spots were all taken up (a truck with a uhaul took 4 spots), had to ask front desk where i

nice pool and arcade for the kids

not enough staff for room service

there is a restaurant with awesome food and bar in the hotel

the kids enjoyed the hunt for pictures through our the hotel and the staff was very friendly

close to six flags and love the shuttle that takes you there

parking was right in front so no issues with that

bags of laundry day in the hallways for a couple of days. dirty dishes in the halls for days.

the hotel was beautiful inside and out! awesome pool! food at the restaurant was amazing!

they provided secure parking for our motorbike right at the front entrance so they could keep an eye on it

the bar is open until midnight but not the food service. the drinks are extremely expensive!

plan for getting guests towels or extra supplies and no mini bar makes for a frustrating stay

the rooms were small given the price and the fitness center was also small with few amenities given the
