spa and hot tub closed and continental breakfast closed due to covid-19

spa and gym facilities were closed; but gyms in ontario are open right now

room not the same as shown in booking. there was no spa bath

the room did not come with a spa tub and we had to talk to the front desk who explained your ad at booking

really clean bathroom and spa tub is amply sized

were great, pool and spa as well as included breakfast buffet all definitely worth

we booked for a queen bed with spa bath, but got 2 double bed without a spa bath

we had a pet friendly room so we did not expect to much

could have some parking spots for loading and unloading.

maybe pet rooms should be a few more rooms away from lots of action for other guests peace and quiet

the pet friendly room had a smell, the price was high and the hit tub was out of order again.

it would have been nice to have the spa for massages on site. meals were on the pricey side.

spa is not really a spa just a couple rooms with lots of noise

- there are two free ev chargers close to the building - they are not in the building parking lot but still

i love the golf course, the pool and the suite

we had to leave the property for food due to kitchen being closed for an event.

was terrible being woken up by fireworks going off in the hotel parking lot, some of the leftover fire work

no one available to clean snow from stairs or plow parking lot properly after two days of heavy snow

there's no real outside, its just a parking lot with a piece of grass you see in the picture on the listing

not set, wifi no password, tv remote no battery

parking lot needed to be ploughed more frequently, concrete brick walls can be plastered with wood

there is no spa and i hope things will change soon

the grounds were beautiful the spa bathroom in our room was wonderful.

were very modern and spacious

lots of activities for the kids and a great golf course for the parents
