the laundry room one of the washers were broken

the gym isn t open until 7am which i feel that people that are early risers should have it accessible

station to catch a train to downtown san francisco), stores and restaurants nearby, chef made hot breakfast

the pool was quite small. otherwise, a great hotel experience.

spa bath jets were not working, & i was told maintenance would come up but they never did
