it didn t have a spa and has a very late check in time

droppings in room, mold in shower, dirt/dust/debris in bathroom vent fan, fireplace did not work and no one in

garbage in hallways and dirty laundry

unaccompanied children at outdoor pool with no hotel bracelets on; thinking they came from public beach onto

booked this hotel because the website advertised a restaurant and breakfast

and fitness area were closed under dr orders to exercise and i looked for these when

especially at our table when we went down for breakfast

this was full service property with indoor pool, fitness room, laundry and restaurant for hot breakfast in the

small mini golf course on property

full apartment, with kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms.

had a first floor suite and the second floor occupants had little kids that ran around with concrete shoes

location is great. there are 2 pools, full kitchen and a porch.

this place would benefit a lot from a spa or indoor sauna or hot tub

the linens and dishes / pots & pans in the kitchen were great

pool and beach are fabulous

fireplace (one of the special features) would not turn on

comfortable & well equipped with an immaculate golf course setting

my credit card and spending an hour on the phone with staff i expected at least a discount at the spa or restaurant

had full access to health spa facilities even though we didn't use it

kids, not on beach, average over $300 a night, some staff are rude (eg my daughter picked up the spa thermometer

heavily, was woken up at 7:30am every day by kids running and screaming down the hallway, the spa tub drain

location of the hotel to the local activities and the amount of parking.
