spa was not working fully otherwise loved hotel

spa was lovely after a long hike in the mountains

location, excellent breakfast and a good onsite spa (costs extra but worth it)

i was hiking all day and spent more than 2 hours melting into bliss in the spa and due to the time of

i didn t think to pre book a treatment from the spa complex so i was disappointed not to be able to have a

sometimes the music around the pool was quite loud. additional charge to use spa facilities.

have been nice for the bar by the pool to be open for drinks all day as signs say you are unable to drink around

i'd also recommend visiting the bar next door called 'totem', its owners are lovely too

the bar schedule feels too short, only between 5 and 9 pm, and we missed a bit of more time for drinks

one evening i was completely ignored by staff for a long time and then a spanish man walked up and got served

the pools are wonderful and its very nice you can visit the spa free of charge

piscine said to be hot but no spa didn t work in the middle of nowhere

ever had i been asked to pay room service in cash directly to the waiter serving the food

no kettle. breakfast and room service only starts at 7:30. the bath is littel high.

we was there for a couple of days and we had chosen no room service, but everyday when we went out the maid

great location, value for money, kind staff and great wifi.

a machine operated laundry service is about 10 mins walk from this hotel which was quite hady for me
