after driving 10 hrs with 2 kids we were exhausted

kids found a condom on floor, stains on lamp , couch and couch bed

pet friendly and location was good

i traveled with 5, 3 kids and they fought over the tv

kids enjoyed pool and sauna

where a bunch i mean 15+ kids in the pool and hot tub and loud till 11pm it was so loud we couldn’t even enjoy

spa couples massage was excellent

the spa is nice, food a the mil (best food for the the money and the

staff all over from front desk to wait staff in eagles and elements to spa ladies were friendly and helpful

close to the pool and spa was also nice

spa services were lacking quality, eagle restaurant was having a bad night on our visit.

the spa was broken! i was really looking forward to that

we checked in we were given a king suite room, even though we payed for a king suite with a spa bath

they goofed up on the king size bed with spa tub and gave us a regular room with a king size bed, they fixed

floor of the room was very dirty and the spa tub in my room did not work although they required an 100
