facilities and bars/restaurants, pools and espa spa, no problem getting loungers by pool or on beach, friendly

the many high end restaurants and the espa spa are top on the island

was difficult to secure chairs by the pools unless you get up super early

service/staff by the pool was extremely attentive everywhere

had a fantastic 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and view of the ocean

spa was bad

at the spa they charged us for 1 hour and we got only 28 mins massage, we complained but they didnt care

the mandara spa is good and about the only things that seem to be in the price range of five star hotel

we were also shocked to be charged $600 for a spa experience without being informed in advance that the spa

the food and drink was generally good but incredibly expensive, our only real complaint was the breakfast cereal
