my laundry with staff and confirmed it would be clean within 36 hours

place is simply great, there is even a tiny gym i appreciated a lot their breakfast which offers good quality

early evening aperitif excellent, good little gym

centre e near the castle nice hotel and room very good breakfast they have free snacks, sauna, gym, and there

breakfast was included, but there was no restaurant or room service

the courtesy bar needed refreshing occasionally.

air con didn t work properly, not much in mini bar just water

com for example the mini bar is empty and no coffee or thee but nevertheless rest was good

bar facilities in hotel or coffee/tea in the room

unfortunately the lift was out of order . in saying that we didn t have to pay for mini bar .

even though the mini bar was empty, it s good to have for water-small shops down the road stock water

no bar or food option in hotel

the area for kids was a bit poor. nothing really to play with.

family room was a fantastic size with full size beds for the kids, a huge double for parents and seating areas

on-site spa would be the icing on the cake but i appreciate that there is only so much that one can achieve

a larger spa area with a hot tub would have been wonderful!

there is a thermo spa across the road which is really good and you can book via the hotel

the visual appeal of the building which is great is getting the rating rather then things like a spa or pool

i missed not having a spa on site

the wifi was not secure: ie, no password required.

k with small refrigerator , very good wifi and indoor swimming pool - the kids loved the swimming pool

table in the family room was too small for more than one person, while the kitchenette was not sufficiently

the hammam and spa were perfect private with a comfortable seating area for hot drinks the room was comfortable
