the lounge areas were amazing and relaxing as was the spa and pool facilities

stunning and comfy with lots of space and a big bath and separate shower

the bar had some very interesting books to flip though as you had a pre-dinner drink

listed building, old time classic luxury with excellent quiet bar and fabulous restaurant taking its client back

we felt the bar area appeared makeshift with bottles stacked on a trolley

offer of bar food, so use awful dining room (no jeans etc) with dire menu and ludicrous prices, or get a

spa is awesome, breakfast as well

we had planned to enjoy the spa for a swim but found the changing area freezing and very outdated

the spa zone is a plus in horrible weather days and the facilities are cosy and great

had a spa and swimming pool which unfortunately we didn t have time to use

prices for the spa are outstanding value and they should advertise them clearer

pillows -location -interiors -staff upon check-in -pool table in the bar -parking we left really early so we

wifi was very poor extremely slow

the room was large, swimming pool and spa area easy to find your ways about

the view and the spa area and the staff

liked the building,staff, spa facilities,massage,food clean rooms always fresh towels perfect

the hotel pool and spa are wonderful, room was lovely, breakfast good

we had booked a spa day and were allowed just to go back to our room in our robes
