the spa is awesome

i liked the spa and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

staff were fantastic as is the spa - its high end and discreet

as a guest i don t appreciate paying extra for open spa use

spa was amazing but very over priced

and is amazing for the views, cleanliness, presentation and amenities, including pools, spa and fitness center

the 1 is always clean and the staff is always so helpful and nice. the spa is amazing!

the checking process was excellent and we took advantage of their spa for an awesome massage

is no cell phone reception in the whole building, so you have to use wifi, they don t have room service or

full pool area no kids pool for real swimmer under 16 my 11 years old daughter couldn t swim and had

the work out room and spa were out of service due to hurricane damage

there is a wonderful spa in the basement ud83dude0d a cafe in the front , they also have valet parking and

should have written out that the gym and spa was closed, and deducted the price

price 300/night parking expensive remodeling of spa and gym without announcement!!!

hotel, great pool, i was greeted in the elevator by shelly their hotel robot who can bring things to your

wonderful amenities complete with two pools and two hot tubs, luxurious spa facilities located within the hotel

didn t like that the spa amenities were not included for guests, but were included for nobu hotel guests

location and staff. spa excellent.

breakfast is also very good

the bar area had a fab atmosphere which was not at all pretentious

old staff doesnt speak english, breakfast buffet not included but not specified , using the spa was 120$ per

kelly at the pool was great as well
