by 8:00 pm, the parking lot was full and most cars had group of people around them

cameras and staff should watch these area closer and ensure that parents are watching their kids or ask them

it was clean and the staff was nice! bed was comfy as well! really nice pool.

guest laundry was unavailable and did not have prior notice but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and

from the convenience of parking, ease of check-in, friendliness of staff, clean room and comfy bed

only downside to the whole stay was the pool room being cold - the pool itself was a great temperature, but the

wish they could have had a hot tub with the pool, but that s a minor inconvenience.

the facilities met our expectations, we like nicer places, but they only have an outdoor pool which was closed

gym seemed well-equipped although i did not use during my stay it due to illness

great location, comfortable gorgeous room, coffee bar in the room, friendly staff.

spa was closed about half the time we wanted to use it.

the bar staff was very accommodating

however the pool was extra salty or something my kids complain about swimming for hours about how they're eye

the spa and pool were both closed : ( the ac was also very sad as it didn't blow very cold air even

requested for extra plastic laundry bags and was told that the hotel didn't have any
