the toasts they gave us at breakfast were a bit hard a couple of times

we had an early check in and mariela was wonderful in helping us.

we had no problem reaching the center on foot with the kids, in the heat - no problem

the restaurant food was good and the breakfast was filling

must have been a mix up, because we requested a packed breakfast since we had to leave by 6 am and would have

massage at the spa was great

mewhat dilapidated) pool and spa area - didn t look like the pictures in person

for business travellers and for people who use merida as a fall-out base for day trips rooms are spacious and

some inconvenience having to get reservations for the gym, but i guess that is driving by covid.

hotel is clean with nice pool and gym. location in the center of merida, very convenient.
