we had a spa appointment and found out when we arrived that they weren't working

perfect spot in penafiel with spa facilities

we didn t use the spa or the pool

to pay extra to use spa and had to buy/wear swimming cap and strange sock type things

the spa should open longer hours of service since they offer amazing treatments

if teh spa worked - option to use the bar , which they have but non functional

and breakfast was not the most luxurious but i understand given the price it was very good quality

location is pretty and peaceful, there are lots of parking, the gym and sauna is nice

breakfast could be better, there is no any eggs, porridge and other warm dishes
