were roaches and bed bugs in our room pool looked like a swamp couldn't go swimming water was nasty

even though the parking lot only had a few cars, we were given the only room in the hotel with zero view

breakfast was

decent breakfast, neatly maintained rooms

the breakfast time till 10 am would have been nice for late arrivals the night before

was close no breakfast no spa whirlpool was dirty

very well kept. small pool was just fine for a quick for the kids.

good selection for breakfast and the staff kept the area clean and well stocked.

there was hair on the floor of the bathroom, in the shower and even in the pool

kitchenette, extra bedding, iron, and hairdryer in room

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

pool was very nice and warm

the pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was our favorite

parking was limited. always had to walk completely around building to get in.

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

for a spa room that didnt exist

shuttle got us to airport in plenty of time

the property is billed as adults only but there were kids everywhere

wish the treadmills in the gym were updated

i was told by desk when i checked out that they do not do room service for an overnight stay

it s included in the stay not just that you have breakfast specify what is required like paid wifi for example
