the character of marcela resort & spa is exactly what we hoped for, and it was honestly better than we imagined

we also wanted to eat there and use the spa facilities but found it to be quite expensive especially when there

staff was wonderful, the breakfast that was included was worth it and i would highly recommend shopping the

pool service was excellent. service personal in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.

we reported it to the hotel immediately on monday when we came back from the pool in the afternoon

the guy also lied that we only paid for a continental breakfast but we actually paid for a full breakfast

music was terrible coming from the bar at the beach, our room was 40 feet from the noise

hotel employee at breakfast is a wonderful waiter

i did a massage at the spa and it was awesome

spa was a bit pricey, as well as the laundry services

i was expecting more of a spa like environment and it was definitely more of a frat party
