outdoor pool and spa where nasty and stinky

bed was very comfortable and the pool. spa and water park was nice

spa tub barely worked my husband had to use the ice bucket to pour hot water into tub, hot water

suite was very nice, kids loved the pools and were able to go across the road for beach access too

there was a kitchen and bathroom between our room and the kids room with two queen beds and tv in both bedrooms

the ceiling had a hole in it from water damage the hotel was warm tge pool area was dirty and the spa

the spa was nice when the kids were not jumping in it

had to walk thru the construction to the spa and the exercise room didn't work

fridge didn't work there was no lobby had to go next door to check in tried using the pool and spa but we were

the spa was broken and looked like it had been for a while, the pool was dirty and there was rubbish

bathrooms needed remodel. pool & spa a little cloudy. sauna didn t work.

no breakfast due to covid could of served in a box

pool and spa are so dirty that is is almost black floor and water looks dirty

parking was a little tight but not terrible.

said they had an inside pool and spa but were not opened for the season yet

reserved a king room with a spa, we checked in and unpacked them went to visit some attractions

in one room, ceiling fans that we had to have someone come in and reach the fan to turn them on, spa tub that

it was nice having breakfast lasting till 11

the rooms were clean. breakfast was good.

though i didn't use the facilities, (tanning, gym, etc

was surprised how nice the breakfast was

had to use sink in mini kitchen for shaving etc

the pool was out of service and the crab apple orchard and some of the trees badly need pruning

games, family pool, adult pool and fire pit s nightly

pool wasn't clean it had alot of bugs in it

kitchen area is quite adequate

great location. pool was busy.

room also was very spacious and comfortable with an outside patio to enjoy the water

spa tub had the jets on the sides so not very practical for enjoying it.

the view was amazing and also loved the spa bath

room was a king with the spa tub

the jets didn't work in the spa tub
