we used the eco spa which was really nice and great that you get exclusive use, it was a real treat

i also loved the extensive gardens with produce being grown for the kitchen and also the open air spa

wifi signal also cut in and out/was slow, but easily avoided if you have 4g/5g connection

the jacuzzi was out of use whilst we were using the spa which was a little disappointing

had to go into car park to access spa area.

we enjoyed the complimentary sherry when we arrived and also later sat in the bar for a drink where staff were

comfortable bar but lacking in little touches. floral displays

had to ring externally on mobile phone for this, as room service phone out of order

to go to the theatre so didn t have the evening meal and got back late so didn t go in the bar either

tea and coffee available if wanted , plus room service if needed
