the pool was so clean

the breakfast buffet at the restaurant was pricey, and because of covid they do not have room service

had a roll away bed (that literally was almost the size of a full and was so comfortable for my kids it fit 3

the staff was quick to respond, but the kitchen was very slow

com didn t put the late check out on our booking and she changed our checkout time to 2 with no extra charge

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

pool, 'quiet hours' not good for people with kids, lumpy bed, slow drain, small bathroom, overall

i thought there was an indoor pool. that option would?ve been nice.

at this price level, guest laundry should be no brainer

i really enjoyed the amenities such as the bar, pool, and room service

yet the clerks would not remove the charge for the pet

1. room is clean. 2. restroom is big. 3. gym is fine 4. a lot of parking space

was a bit small, but it worked for the kids

the bar and kitchen is open until 10pm
