excellent facilities and staff, onsite parking with a great view of the castle at night

turning left into the parking lot is not ideal; my suggestion is to go past the hotel, turn around and turn

easy walk into centre and free parking right outside hotel

parking was very easy. easy to walk to historic part of downtown. nice view from breakfast room.

the decor, the room were large and quiet, comfortable bed, the spa and the breakfast was great

the spa is a perfect place for relaxation, and both my facial and pedicure were wonderful

stayed at monte real-hotel, termas and spa for two nights

not an issue at all but had to keep my kids alone in the room when we had to run down

the spa is not a spa, its a room with a jacuzzi and a turkish bath that doesnt work well and a sauna,

a glass of wine at dinner (we bought a bottle), and they didn't to give us bathrobes for the spa until we asked

extra folding beds in the spa suite were extremely uncomfortable

our room had no access to wifi. we had to go to the lobby for a good signal.

no english breakfast. but hey ho. it s a place to recommend

however, the door was locked during the afternoon and at breakfast time

the water park seems nice for kids, but they call it a name that for a guest doesnt clear if it’s open or
