had a lovely room upgrade with a super comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with a whirlpool spa bath

we will definitely be back when the spa facilities are open once lockdown restrictions have eased

spa outstanding and the food was exceptionally good

i had also booked into the mill wheel spa for moonlight spa package which exceptional value for money and made

we visited the spa and that was lovely too

the swimming / spa additional costs isn't clear on the advert meaning its disappointing to learn that this

plenty of space for parking but don't forget to log in your vrn at reception

room had no wifi or tv

the room very clean and tidy and great parking good location and nice to walk around and enjoy the grounds of

wifi not working in the room around the back where our rooms were, heating wasn't working bathroom

spa wasn't included in the price, i found this misleading as i wasn't told otherwise when booking

is the iconic hotel of buxton, there are many good places to stay but the spa makes this unique

the parking is a bit of an adventure and once you've found it, the place does not look like an hotel so

experience in a conference centre really nice, clean and comfortable room, with dinner and breakfast included

having stayed the previous two nights in separate hotels one in leamington spa and one in london, this was by

staff really helpful, in particular lewis. food ordered by room service was nice.

had forgotten there was a spa - it was smashing and so relaxing to use after
