the gym is closed every day from 1pm to 3pm and the spa is also closed for a while at 2pm so annoying if it's

like the spa, or the golf are advertised as part of the hotel but it's actually in a different locations

we enjoyed a fabulous afternoon at the spa at the sheraton hotel which is nearby

room suite, big comfy bed, amazing balcony with view of sea and pool area, couldnt have asked for more

there was also no continuity with the room service, one day they will fill up our drinks tray in the room and

on the evening before my birthday, when i returned from a relaxing pool afternoon in the sun, i was pleasantly

everything was perfect, felt the spa was a little steep at 15 per person for the day expected if you where

staff are very polite and pleasant especially juan at reception and noel in the spa

rooftop spa area was excelent with jacuzzis, sauna, comfy sunbeds and a few four posters although these

heated pool and really comfy beds was a nice touch, staff all lovely and excellent bedrooms

gym could do with a upgrade. pool towels could be in the room already

round the pool specially iker he was the main one that stood out for me he was excellent with the kids and

nothing at all! perhaps a bit of light music around the pool or a water aerobics class .
