indoor bar and spa are closed on monday and tuesday so i felt it was a slightly wasted trip but i will be back

ordered some spa services for my parents and it didn't really get coordinated so well

the customer service of the staff was awesome. the view in the spa was relaxing.

each stay came with a spa credit and the food was amazing

also the spa and pool facilities are heaven, very clean but also surrounded by breathtaking views

railing in hot tub and shower towel bar were loose

the inside of the hotel is an open room (several stories high), kids & late night partying adults screaming

really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn t charge us for parking or wi-fi

bar had breakfast tacos for a quick to-go meal, beds were super comfy and was allowed a late

staff ,free breakfast,cleanliness

we will continue to use this hotel when we visit our grand kids, we plan to use this hotel many more times

train noise at night, pool temp to cold- but it was april-

the room was not really clean to my standards, and no room service for two days

had a great room w balcony which was spacious and section was super quiet & relaxing which was perfect
