enjoyed the water park and spa service

we found that when we turned it up to cool the entire space, it was too cold and night to sleep close to the

room with fireplace, private balcony and hot tub

loved having a full kitchen in our room

room was very nice, enjoyed the pool, wish the inside pool was a little bit warmer though, and some kinda vacuum

christmas decorations were so beautiful. that spa area is amazing so happy & clean.

the lobby was really pretty i like that and the spa was fantastic

the wifi wasn't working on our second day - had to buy more cell data.

we stayed in a villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space

it was a culture shock to some of the staff and the customers when my party and i entered the spa which made it

the beds are super comfortable, spacious, complete kitchen and they have a washer / dryer

i checked in the room i was given didn't have a fireplace or spa tub , this bothered me so i took my ipad up to

steam room at well spa was out of order

getting to the spa and other restaurants involved driving

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

the gym is what sold it for me
