nothing was sad that the spa wasnt open

very small pool and spa area. hallways dimly lit with dark carpeting.

the walls were thin the laundry room was closed as well as the spa and breakfast

even called ahead to make sure they had a guest laundry

parking included at no extra charge was plentiful, wifi included at no extra charge was great

lots of traffic on i-5, extremely small gym, a little run down

laundry was advertised about this hotel

it was so much fun for the kids

our room, the carpet was pulling away from the tile and fraying by the spa tub

the spa tub and the bed is really comfortable

spa was out of order, and that had been a main reason for choosing that hotel

the location was good, and parking was easy. love the ev chargers in the parking lot!!

outdoor pool:(

advertised heated out door pool but was told on arrival it was closed for the season - in may- and no mention

the room was spacio i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast

room was not totally cleaned, there was glass on the kitchen floor along with food

the spa tub in the room is the only romantic element, besides the comfy beds.

the pool and spa were closed. i didn't know until i entered the spa. no note was posted either.

the hotel also has an indoor heated pool and spa which was a lot of fun for my kids

in the instructions for the spa on screen, they advise you to use your room key for access, though the spa

there were kids running up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning

to the corona virus policies in place there was no regular breakfast and the exercise/spa facilities were closed

outdoor pool was refreshinbg and the hot tub spa made us so relaxed we both slept very well

i checked below the mattress and all was sparkling clean there

comfortable beds, simple breakfast, and most importantly, a free shuttle to the airport

in the beginning check in was helpful and got my early check in done

were unable to use the pool/spa due to the need to schedule a time and the slots were all full

had to reserve pool & spa had it all to my self the 6am breakfast was good staff very helpful.
