i wish we would have pre booked the spa services, which i was told before we arrived it was good to pre book,

the spa is very nice and a perfect place to unwind with a massage

spa jacuzzi was warm

staff, very nice area around the hacienda, spa and massages are very good, good place to hide and relax for 1-

and they need to offer pedicures in their spa

spa and pool are outstanding

the wifi is a bit slow but not unbearable.

the ac was broken in the gym, so it was extremely hot and humid in there the entire stay

the wifi was sometimes a little slow and i would prefer it to be a bit faster

delicious breakfast excellent facilities amazing staff

the pool look nice but i didn’t used it

the pool was under maintenance, the restaurant had limited service.

parking its a little confused and dangerous, and pool water is very cold

the pool was dirty
