spa treatments in advance but no record of any booking on arrival

advertised on website is a spa but no spa existed at the resort

very clean, large apartment, plenty of room for 4 adults. lovely hot tub and spa bath.

the bathroom/toilet facilities were excellent with a spa bath, another bath and a walk in shower and two wc's

the spa was a bonus but it was rarely used

i was mistaken about spa and wellness facilities

spa was not working wifi was not working shower head was broken furniture outdated

disgusted that this hotel advertise a spa which attracted us the indoor pool was cold the sauna was not working

the indoor pool and spa facilities are an added bonus

we have sold our spanish home so spent a few nights at tamisa in the run up to completion

anniversary from very welcoming and friendly, very clean , beautiful swimming pool and the spa

the mood spa was incredible, i had a facial and my husband had two different massages
