i liked the view from the window, the architecture of the hotel, the delicious breakfasts, the spa and the pool

my kids loved mini golf and a huge indoor play park, and a small farm with animals

only one restaurant open. no snack bar for sandwiches at lunch etc.

and gym were both good but i wish that the pool had opened earlier than 9am

the smell when you first come in, and the facilities like the pool and spa and basic room

spa is only for one person, window was broken, the breakfast employee was rude and the breakfast

poor window views pool and spa are poor, no space and little sun bathing possible no english spoken channels

the spa area needs some refurbishing.

cockroaches came out of bathtub when i turned on spa jets.

rooftop bar was unreal, the staff could not help you enough and the general vibe of the hotel was so

self-service coffee machines at breakfast make very sweet coffee, even the plain black coffee comes out sweet

only comment i would like to make is about the wifi as it should have more strong signal and maybe to play some

location and friendly staff. however breakfast and dinner at hotel is not recommended.
