parking lot lights at night weren't on - not sure why

we appreciated the continental breakfast with fresh coffee

great condition great breakfast

had to go to hotel next door for breakfast...probably due to construction though i'm assuming.

crown plaza gave us just cereal bar a water bottle per person

the place was clean, pet friendly and the staff was nice and even had treats for my dog

breakfast and parking included

the pool was great and the bed was so comfortable! and they have free parking

wifi was not good

the pool wasn't looking in the best of shape for swimming. wasn't clear like normal.

no spa like advertised or no signage to where it was if they did have one

i admit, a lot of my time was spent in the fitness room and spa but they were so good

the only flaws were no handicap accessability and poolside bar and food truck should be open 7 days a week for

wine at the casino bar -no sauvignon blanc

room service was extremely pricey

also having a towel bar inside the tub

checking, the pool area was completely empty so the kids got to enjoy themselves, location was close to different

didn't work in our door the first time, and our room was directly over the exhaust fans from the kitchen, which

bar prices were costly too

alittle disappointed that legends was not open and there was no room service
