spa was nice but should have been open all day

spa water was changed on second night, so was cold and unusable

no coffee maker, no alarm clock, spa didn't open until 3 pm

times over the phone, unfriendly, staff entered our room unannounced several times, hottub and spa very poor

from valet, to ben at the front desk and even the women in the spa were extremely friendly and helpful

only thing i would say i did not like was it was very difficult to navigate to the spa as we could not find
