pool was dirty

also, i'm not sure if there were kids in the room above us, but there was a lot of noise going on sometimes

also, provide a free parking space and elevator if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor

had my own food so didnt eat breakfast at the hotel

a young team of school kids took over the bkfst area, no laundry for

super friendly staff. very clean. late check out.

we did not use the gym or pool

very minor but the spa was dirty and did not work. breakfast was pretty typical of continental.

the shuttle was available later , bed was hard , breakfast was expensive for what was offered , room

we got a shuttle to the toyota music factory for our concert

room service was delivered in a plastic take-away container with plastic cutlery that didn't cut

parking lot was very crowded. unable to park close to the lobby.

hotel shuttle was supposed to pick us up at the airport

room was on top of the laundry and it vibrated horribly

however, i wish i could have enjoyed my sleep after being in a gym all day

the atmosphere was great loved the scene the pool area was relaxing at night

a secondary and minor issue was the gym was poorly maintained and looked neglected

spa like rooms, excellent food in restaurant and to go, bar, pool, exercise room and most of all

the kids loved the indoor/ outdoor pool!

sunday evening when we flew back, we had to wait 45 mins for a shuttle to arrive when they make round trips

connecting rooms were a plus since traveling with kids
