spa was rather disappointing: overpriced, the sauna was cold and there was dust in the jacuzzi

the service is outstanding, extremely clean, great location, breakfast very good

breakfast was good and simple came with a coffee, orange juice, fruits

everything was fantastic apart from the breakfast

huge bath and suite room, good furniture, enormous bed, good linens, great restaurant and room service,

not very hot water in the shower. lots of stairs to climb. wifi was poor to fair in the room

wifi was poor.

place was being done up, bit of a building site feel. bar area was completely closed.

no bar, karaoke, no restaurant (quick breakfast only) or room service

the room was very cold in the evening. there was no shampoo, only a bar of soap.
