amazing gym

the gym facility is the best i ve ever seen in a hotel

bar was empty, but pretty

no kitchen or bar service, no room service, no access to the gym/spa

the spa was closed

the staff at the spa were also very attentive and helpful

spa pool location everything

we enjoyed our comfy room and the spa and workout area

just found out that the spa is always booked so, i'll have to plan ahead next time but, there wasn't anything

room service was only supplied if requested. hard time getting towels.

no maid after first day room service was bad

we weren't able to use the pool area because of how many kids were there which was unfortunate because we had

there were a lot of kids in the pool and hot tub.

and the free breakfast was great

not able to use pool,spa '' very dirty

the spa only had 2 jet s that worked

the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is top notch

they also allowed us late check out

location to convention center, centrally located. accommodated early check in.

advertised indoor pool and spa with beautiful pictures, but has been permanently closed a while

didn't have breakfast there but the location was great....

waking up in the morning and having that great hot breakfast was a treat and it was hosted by the most efficient

breakfast was really good and a decent variety, pool was clean and kids had a good time
