pool closed at 10:00. it would be nice to have more time in the late hours to enjoy the water.

the room service from the grill downstairs was outstanding, the food was wonderful, and in my opinion,

should go through laundry room daily to ensure appliances are in operational order

the front desk staff was not nice. they charged $75 for pet stay.

back door to the pet area was locked so we had to walk around to the gym door

not use the food and bar area due to a negative experience with bar tender after the duke florida state game

courteous staff. comfy bed. great breakfast buffet.

good restaurant and bar. nice gym and lounge areas. plenty of work spaces.

gym was well equipped, excellent showers, great location made it easy to walk to cameron indoor

the breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was excellent

it had a fireplace, sitting room and canopied bed

wish we could ve enjoy the spa and other amenities but they were closed

i didn t get my fizz that was part of the me +1 spa package.

maybe they need a power wash and consider trimming the greenery surrounding the parking

provided shuttle service to and from airport. staff treated me as a valued customer.

had a good stay i missed the free breakfast but i understand because of the virus.

hotel is very close to the airport and they provided free shuttle service as well

bed covers seemed like they weren t changed, the kitchen was dirty, fridge had leftover food

breakfast ended a bit early
