spa services are limited

wish we could ve enjoy the spa and other amenities but they were closed

the room was beautiful and the room service breakfast was the best we had ever had!

at reception desk (restaurant list/area attractions) perhaps a simple juice, coffee and muffin bar or a signature

donald in the lobby bar deserves a shoutout- he was a star

lobby and bar over air conditioned in summer

all like maybe parking is some confusing but was excellent

courteous staff. comfy bed. great breakfast buffet.

i also appreciate that they have a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel

the mini fridge didn't work and my food purchases spoiled, including the milk i bought for the kids cereal in

a beautiful hotel, great location and very clean. loved the outdoor pool!

friendly staff. the shuttle service to and from nearby places is great!

also the staff from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping were phenomenal

cleanliness. kitchen staff was wonderful

maybe they need a power wash and consider trimming the greenery surrounding the parking

had a good stay i missed the free breakfast but i understand because of the virus.

hotel is very close to the airport and they provided free shuttle service as well

bed covers seemed like they weren t changed, the kitchen was dirty, fridge had leftover food

breakfast ended a bit early

it had a fireplace, sitting room and canopied bed

the pool and spa was out.

a very long day of uncontrollable mishaps, the hotel s atmosphere was very serene, pool/spa were therapeutic

then the restaurant doesn t offer room service anymore

there was barely food at breakfast

the beds were great. the wifi was nice. also the food was very tasty and good.
