rooms beautiful, spa very clean and welcoming

polite staff helpfully staff cheap price quality hotel and spa the breakfast is a 5 star quality

and my boyfriend first spa hotel experience and i can not wait to come back

friendly, helpful staff. lovely decor. clean. good spa and swimming facilities.

pet friendly, my dog had bar access and grounds access

the food we ordered on room service was disappointing, prepared with very little care, and was mediocre

the bar meals are best avoided. overpriced, tiny portions. poorly prepared.

also the wifi was rubbish

it was very clean and had good space and it was nice to have an iron rather than having to call room service

went to buy two cokes from the bar to take to our room , the bar had cashed up so they couldn t sell me them

the hotel is somewhat pet-friendly

room, beds were very comfortable, absolutely loved the hot tub, loved the fact there was a shared kitchen for

really really clean communal kitchen area, the room was comfortable and very clean, en-suite was gorgeous

could do with a table between the beds and some in the nice kitchen which also needs a towel or something to

building staff were lovely very helpful my husband had a round of golf great golf course used the spa etc can

facilities are superb - large pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and fitness centre, didn't try the spa treatments

who asked if we had stayed before and as we hadn't she explained about the hotel the health spa pool and gym

it would have been good if the spa facilities had been in working order.

spa facility was not accessible on the night i stayed and staff wanted to charge me in the morning

spa wasn't open

says it has a spa but apparently this closed a year ago

only negative i have is that we weren t able to enjoy the spa facilities due to covid restrictions
