who asked if we had stayed before and as we hadn't she explained about the hotel the health spa pool and gym

wifi was good so small teams meetings were no problem. staff were very courteous and helpful.

d the phone in the room wasn’t working so i had to traipse back to reception with tired kids plus bags)

was dirty, curtains filthy, carpet dirty, cups dirty, no room service or towel replenishment including tess

withholding money from your bank for room service without any authorisation same woman done this to me twice
