spa at the pool wasn't working properly and the grounds outside the hotel were dirty

the pool was not heated,

praying for the current pandemic to be the thing of the pastso that i could be able to rate their breakfast

rates, appeared to be clean, wifi was ok, frig and microwave in the room, room was

not lock) and doesn't have the same channels as our 1st room (weird) mostly sports boring and no wifi

cozy, inviting bar, two elevators, plenty of parking, comfortable pillows, excellent indoor pool- spa & sauna,

pool spa still broke/ loud people next room

rooms were clean, linens fresh and breakfast was tasty, but son wished it would have been the traditional buffet

everything was great. kids loved the pool and staff was very friendly
