right away at all the restaurants, was able to get on a card table right away, was able to get a spa appointment

hotel is very beautiful, the lobby, the swimming pool, the spa and the walk way

upon arrival, we headed straight to the spa for massages while waiting for check-in

the staff, the spa, pool, the coffee, the suite was amazing!!!!

the pool and spa were dirty and the hotel seemed to need maintenence

in my wifi and air conditioning didn t work during our stayed didn t like their elevator esp when

pool was closed all ready for season renovation continued so no bar no restauarant

my wife was pampered in the spa while i strolled around the beautiful lake

the spa did give us vouchers to come back after maintenance was complete

i would say, it is a great place away from the busy noisy strip, luxury living, o and the spa and massage center

pool closed at 8 pm. and life guard wasn't very nice. also, gym and spa close at 7 pm.

the whole resort is great ,rooms ,pool ,resterants ,been before and would stay again

strip view, but couldn't see anything except airport and opposite strip view my kids wanted to see

be careful with the mini bar even the coffee is to be charge and very expensive.

it's located in beautiful lake las vegas with 2 well maintained swimming pools, a spa & great options for dining

they also don t include the spa even though it says beach and spa included

had the mini bar loaded with item and if you moved the item you were charged because it was weighed

i also went to swinger s golf for the first time and it was so much fun

this room is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean

it had a balcony, which was nice in the mornings and evening. the gym was also very nice.

the kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to make a delicious meal of our own

ad was misleading because i was under the impression you could use the spa (hot tub) with your room key like

early check in and not being charged for it

staff were amazing all around, from the vallet parking to the housekeeper to room service were above top notch

big room, good wifi, good location, self check-in and check-out (no waiting in lines)
